Community Vision Development Programs, LLC is licensed under both the Minnesota Department of Human Services and Minnesota Department of Health to provide services to people with disabilities and to seniors. Community Vision Development Programs, LLC is guided by Minnesota Statutes 245B, the Vulnerable Adult Act (626.577 & 626.5572); 144A.3 - 144A.48 and all other statutes, laws, and rules that are applicable to the people we serve. This statement serves as an ethical guider to ensure the highest quality of service to each consumer.

As a community-based service organization, Community Vision Development Programs, LLC is specialized in person-centered care and support programs. These are programs specially designed to focus on the individual personal goals and preferences to enhance his/her life at home and in the community.
