Funding for foster care services is provided for through GRH (Group Residential Housing).  Rates are standard GRH rates and Foster Care Consumers have additional staffing services through HCBS (Home and Community-based Service) Waivers which include:(MR/RC, TBI, CADI, & AC Waivers) or Medical Assistance Home Care Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Services.

All services are based on the individual’s personal needs, preferences and goals as set forth in the individual service plan(ISP) or Consumer Care Plan (for PCA Services).
